Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the payment fails our fraud checks; in that case we refund in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. The total, including any discount, is shown before you confirm payment. Payment is taken at the time of order through PayPal or by card.

Made-to-measure pieces

Pieces cut to your own measurements are produced specifically for you. Please check your measurements carefully — see the Refund & Return Policy for how these items are handled.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Product descriptions

Leather is a natural material; grain, tone and markings vary between hides. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished piece. This is characteristic of the material and not a defect.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
